Improve safety by:
- Eliminating the axle
support coming off the frame as a result of cracked
welds.
- Greatly reducing the frame
sides from flexing were the axle supports are welded
to the frame. This flexing can cause stress cracks
that will weaken the frame sides. If not caught in
time the axles supports could tear away from the
frame.
- Note:
• We knew we would loose sales if we didn’t have a
towable
unit. Sunrise Concepts had safety concerns
about the axle
supports. Over the years we have seen
them come off from
welds cracking and stress cracks
weakening the frame.
• Our safety concerns inspired the idea of bolting
the axle
supports to the frame and connecting them
together to
minimize the frame sides from flexing.
• With our new design there is no cutting or
welding. It’s
quick and easy to replace an axle if
it becomes damaged
from lack of grease.
