WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc. warrants ONLY the frame and handlebar to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a two (2) year period from the date of original purchase.

BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc. warrants other products of its own manufacture to be free of defect in workmanship and material for a 180 day period from the date of original purchase.

These warrants are void unless the Warranty Registration form is returned to BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc. within ten (10) days from the date of original purchase. BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc.  warranty covers only defective material and/or workmanship.

BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc.  will not be liable for any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness, on its products after the 180 day period subsequent to the first retail purchase.

BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc.'s warranty on any of its products shall be void if that product has been modified by the addition or deletion of parts.

To the extent permitted by federal, state, or local law, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect to any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from any defects in any of BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc. products.

For 180 days from date of purchase, BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc. will repair or replace for the original purchasers, free of charge, any part or parts of the unit found upon examination to be defective in material or workmanship or both; this is the exclusive remedy. BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc. will have the option of requiring the return of all parts claimed defective.Those parts that are accepted as being defective will either be replaced or repaired without charge, at the option of BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc. All transportation charges on parts submitted for replacement under this warranty must be borne by the purchaser.

This warranty shall not apply to any BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc. product which has been modified, repaired or altered in such a manner as to affect its stability, performance or operation, nor which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence or accident.

This warranty shall not apply to any purchased component parts.  Purchased component parts (i.e., tires, battery, engine, belts, spark plugs, cables, etc.) are not warranted by BeeLine Stump Grinders/Sunrise Concepts, Inc. Many of these component parts are warranted by their manufacturer.

The engine in your Stump Grinder is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and all problems and defects in the engine should be referred to your authorized engine repair service center.
